- Business name, address, and Google Maps information
- Shipping address for QR code stand delivery
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe)
When customers scan your QR code and submit feedback, we collect their star rating and any feedback text they provide. We do not require customers to create an account or provide personal information.

- To provide and maintain the service
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To ship your QR code stand
- To send customer feedback to your email
- To send service-related communications (account updates, billing notices)
- To improve the service
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate RatingPath:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles your payment information directly. We do not store your card details. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Google — maps and review integration. When customers are directed to leave a review, they interact with Google's platform under Google's own terms.
- Postmark — transactional email delivery for account notifications and feedback forwarding.
- Twilio — SMS notifications when enabled by the business owner.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 90 days in case you reactivate. After that, your data is deleted. Review submissions and feedback are retained for the duration of your active subscription.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password hashing, and access controls. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.
6. Your Rights
You can:
- Access and update your account information through your dashboard
- Request a copy of your data by contacting us
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Cancel your subscription at any time
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
