Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

All sales are final. RatingPath does not offer refunds for subscription fees or products once payment has been processed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Returns — Physical QR Code Stands

Because each QR code stand is custom-printed for your business, we do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse.

If your QR code stand arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ratingpath.com with a photo of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time in your current billing period
  • Your QR code will stop working at the end of your billing period

Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@ratingpath.com before filing a dispute with your bank or credit card company. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
